Eric Leighton is a Creative Director at Organic.With a background in fine arts and a degree in Visual Communications from the University of Delaware, I challenge myself and others to find creative ways to merge analog practices with new technologies. I'm passionate about creating visual identities, connecting brands to culturally relevant moments and creating experiences that people not only use and enjoy, but that also make their lives better.As a Creative Director and Experience Designer , I have worked on rebranding and repositioning clients, social campaigns, e-commerce solutions and the development of loyalty programs. Through Northstars and test concepts I've worked to showcase how digital first design could help lead bold futures for companies. My work has won awards for Best in Show for a physical/digital space at the Architectural Digest Design Show as well as top industry awards including a 2019 Gold Effie & Drum Design Award and a CSS site of the day award. While studying, I learned from top creatives in London, England and worked at Paris Fashion week. I also lead in the  conception and production of two major exhibits at the Philadelphia International Flower Show.When Eric isn’t designing, he’s most likely to be found distance running or commiserating over the Philadelphia 76ers.
